As part of the American Society of Magazine Editors (ASME) Best Cover Contest, National Geographic and Traveler magazines have earned seven total nominations across four categories. All of the covers are up for the Readers’ Choice Awards, which are decided by consumer votes on Facebook – vote here by clicking “Like” for each cover!
The selections are based on the quality of the cover image, art direction and editorial copy, along with the journalistic significance and newsstand strength. The contest winners will be announced at the American Magazine Media Conference on Feb. 5, 2019, in New York City.
